Je co-construis et co-conduis des projets d'animation, de formation, des débats scientifiques. J'ai eu l'occasion de gérer de nombreux évènements en plus de ma reprise d’étude et de mon projet de thèse. Je suis polyvalente, dynamique et réactive, ce qui me permet de gérer plusieurs projets en même temps. L’organisation et la hiérarchisation des tâches me sont essentielles tant à titre professionnel que privé. Je suis souvent amenée à proposer un projet en tenant compte des contraintes et des problématiques. Je dois également tenir compte du cadre budgétaire précis, et des moyens humains. Je dois construire avec des partenaires des objectifs concrets et un calendrier efficace et précis, et savoir rebondir lorsque la période est compliquée et remet tout en cause comme avec la pandémie.

Je co-construis et co-conduis des projets d'animation, de formation, des débats scientifiques. J'ai eu l'occasion de gérer de nombreux évènements en plus de ma reprise d’étude et de mon projet de thèse. Je suis polyvalente, dynamique et réactive, ce qui me permet de gérer plusieurs projets en même temps. L’organisation et la hiérarchisation des tâches me sont essentielles tant à titre professionnel que privé. Je suis souvent amenée à proposer un projet en tenant compte des contraintes et des problématiques. Je dois également tenir compte du cadre budgétaire précis, et des moyens humains. Je dois construire avec des partenaires des objectifs concrets et un calendrier efficace et précis, et savoir rebondir lorsque la période est compliquée et remet tout en cause comme avec la pandémie.
