J'ai donc suivi des formations et assisté à des forums, qui m'ont permis de découvrir les métiers de l'industrie, du conseil et de la gestion de projets ainsi que d'apprendre à valoriser mes compétences dans le cadre de ma recherche d'emploi. Par ailleurs, j'ai acquis une solide expérience du travail en équipe à travers des réunions régulières en interne (équipe et unité de recherche) ainsi que des échanges avec nos collaborateurs internationaux, notamment au sein du Jefferis Group, Division of Neurobiology, MRC LMB à Cambridge, UK.

J’ai acquis une expertise en génétique, neurosciences et biologie du développement, en publiant une revue scientifique et en présentant mes résultats lors de congrès nationaux et internationaux. J'ai adapté une technique de laboratoire (HCR RNA FISH) à des animaux-modèles non conventionnels et développé des compétences pédagogiques en encadrant des élèves de différents niveaux (de la 3ème au M1) et en intervenant dans une école primaire. Mon expérience internationale, notamment avec un laboratoire britannique, a renforcé ma capacité à travailler en équipe et à adapter mon discours avec clarté et précision.

Au cours de ma thèse, j'ai pris en charge la conduite complète du projet pendant 3 ans, incluant la gestion des consommables et des délais. J'ai mis en place des expériences et assuré une planification rigoureuse pour respecter les deadlines. Face à des imprévus, comme le manque d'outils internes, j'ai su organiser des collaborations avec d'autres laboratoires spécialisés pour avancer dans mes recherches, notamment lors du travail avec des espèces peu connues d’insectes.

J'ai veillé à instaurer une bonne ambiance de travail en insistant à l’échange lors des midis avec les chercheurs des autres équipes. Mes expériences passées m'ont permis de m'intégrer avec succès dans diverses équipes.

J'ai collaboré étroitement avec des doctorants pour organiser un forum scientifique, en répartissant les tâches selon les compétences de chacun et en maintenant la motivation et la bonne humeur. J'ai développé mes compétences en communication en présentant mes recherches lors de congrès nationaux et internationaux, sous forme de posters et de présentations orales, et en rédigeant plusieurs revues scientifiques. Mon expérience d'encadrement d'étudiants m'a appris à adapter mon discours à différents interlocuteurs.
