Afin de répondre à une problématique de recherche, j'ai pris l'initiative de me former à des outils statistiques (Analyse en composante principale, régression linéaire multiple, via l'utilisation de Matlab et de R). Lors d'une période d'inactivité, j'ai suivi des formations en ligne sur la gestion de projet et la programmation via Python. A tout moment, j'ai pu m'appuyer sur les conseils de mes collègues et responsables pour progresser. De plus, j'ai été amenée à encadrer des étudiants (doctorants et stagiaires) en les formant sur certaines techniques et en prenant part aux discussions scientifiques liées aux projets de recherche.

Dans le cadre de la gestion de l'information bibliographique, j'utilise EndNote ou Zotero (selon l'usage de l'équipe de recherche) pour la formation et l'édition de la bibliographie. De plus, Je teste l'utilisation d'un nouveau logiciel de prise de note et de mise en relation de l'information (Obsidian).

Alors que je m'attendais à tout réussir du premier coup et à boucler le sujet dans le temps du stage, j'ai vite appris que cela n'était pas si évident et que même si nous n'identifions pas de suite des freins ou des obstacles, cela ne signifie pas qu'il n'y en a pas. Depuis, j'aborde toujours les projets de recherche avec beaucoup d'enthousiasme mais aussi d'humilité. Deplus, selon l'environnement dans lequel je me trouve, je sais si je peux m'appuyer sur des collègues ou non en cas de difficultés et m'organise en fonction de cela.
