Depuis mon diplôme de Master, j'ai su évaluer les différentes compétences et connaissances pour les faire évoluer : d'abord dans une carrière hospitalière d'Attachée de recherche clinique où j'ai engagé une formation en parallèle de mon activité pro et avoir les compétences manquantes. Puis, pour aller plus loin, j'ai débuté un doctorat. Dans une thèse, nous sommes obligés de savoir nous renouveler, d'identifier nos lacunes et points forts, de nous former auprès de personnes plus compétentes que nous. C'est d'ailleurs pourquoi je suis partie 3 mois aux Etats Unis dans le laboratoire de référence sur mon sujet de thèse pour acquérir des compétences techniques que je n'avais pas.

La rédaction d'articles scientifiques, et la veille scientifique autour du domaine de l'imagerie (dans mon cas, mais s'applique à tout domaine), me permet de rester à jour des dernières techniques utilisées notamment dans le traitement des données d'imagerie ici. Je suis capable de justifier de l'utilisation d'un outil et des paramètres que j'ai choisi à partir d'un résonnement souvent semés d'obstacles que j'ai du contourner. J'ai pu passé 3 mois aux Etats Unis pour justement inscrire ma carrière dans un contexte international, acquérir des compétences de pointe que je n'avais pas.

Cela a été le cas pour obtenir mon financement de thèse, mais aussi au niveau sportif; notamment en course à pied, ou je me fixe des objectifs réguliers sur des course notamment et de nouveaux challenge dans de nouveaux sports jamais pratiqués. J'ai notamment créé un groupe de course à pied au sein de mon laboratoire pour justement promouvoir l'activité physique à travers le partage. Actuellement, nous sommes une quinzaine de personne à participer à ce groupe.

Grâce aux différentes collaborations sur le projet de recherche mené en doctorat, j'ai pu suivre les échanges concernant la propriété et la propriété intellectuelle des données et résultats notamment. N'ayant jamais eu l'occasion de travailler au sein du secteur privé, je ne peux justifier d'une expérience concernant ces réglementations dans le domaine industrielle. Cependant, j'ai pu suivre une formation théorique à propos des étapes et règles sur le dépôt d'un brevet menés par des collaborateurs de Toulouse tech Transfert comme des avocats. Cela ne remplace pas une expérience mais me permet de ne pas arrivée complètement novice sur le sujet si j'y suis un jour confronté. Dans ces cas la, je me formerais de façon beaucoup plus précise sur le sujet.

Je base ma gestion de projet sur des indicateurs qualitatifs et quantitatifs pour identifier les problématiques le plus tôt possible et trouver des solution donc initier un changement auprès des équipes. cela passe aussi par des compétences de communication auprès des différents acteurs. La gestion d'un projet passe aussi par l'identification des risques et leviers que nous aurons pré-établis en amont du lancement du projet et de savoir rebondir à ces imprévus. Ce sont des choses que j'ai expérimenté dans mes expériences de recherche (ARC, Assistante de projet et doctorante).

Le travail d'équipe est au cours de mes expériences professionnelles. dans le cadre de mon poste d'Assistante de projet j'ai pu m'intégrer à une équipe sur un projet déjà en cours. J'ai tissé des liens de confiance avec mes collègues et reponsable hiérarchique dans mes missions. Dans le cadre de mon doctorat, j'ai la chance d'accompagner plusieurs étudiants dans leurs cursus universitaire. Cela me permet de prendre part à la partie recrutement des meilleurs étudiants pour les besoins que nous avions identifiés en amont, les accompagner pour atteindre leurs objectifs de stage et recadrer si nécessaire.

Grâce aux différentes collaborations sur le projet de recherche mené en doctorat, j'ai pu suivre les échanges concernant la propriété et la propriété intellectuelle des données et résultats notamment. N'ayant jamais eu l'occasion de travailler au sein du secteur privé, je ne peux justifier d'une expérience concernant ces réglementations dans le domaine industrielle. Cependant, j'ai pu suivre une formation théorique à propos des étapes et règles sur le dépôt d'un brevet menés par des collaborateurs de Toulouse tech Transfert comme des avocats. Cela ne remplace pas une expérience mais me permet de ne pas arrivée complètement novice sur le sujet si j'y suis un jour confronté. Dans ces cas la, je me formerais de façon beaucoup plus précise sur le sujet.
